Back Order Policy
IntroductionBy visiting, viewing, or ordering from our website you agree to acknowledge and be bound by the Terms and Conditions outlined in this agreement. This Agreement outlines the trading Terms and Conditions bound to the “company” (WheelsAPE Industries Australia Pty Ltd. )ABN: 20 645 380 721 transactions incorporating but not limited to online, fax, phone, and email orders.
We may amend this Agreement at any time at our discretion by posting the amended terms on our Site. Any amendments to this document will be posted in the online News facility and welcome page. Except as stated below, all amended terms shall automatically be effective immediately after they are posted in the online News facility.
According to the promotion sale, a certain percentage backorder discount should be given on all back ordered items as a way to say thank you for waiting at the time. A back-order reference code (SEB) will be sent to the customer’s email after the back order is confirmed.
You may also add to your back order if you do so within two weeks of our ETA date.
Notification and Payment
The back-order invoice with reference code will be emailed to you around 3 days before your back orders become available. You will have 5 working days window to complete the payment before the back-order discount becomes invalid.
We will ship your order as soon as back ordered product is available. If there is an in-stock item and a backorder item on your order, our standard policy is to ship the order complete. If you would like us to ship the in-stock product(s) first, please contact us.WheelsAPE contact us Partially shipping your order may incur additional shipping fees.
Cancellation / Termination
If your payment is not completed within the invoice payment window period, the back-order discount might be invalid.
Should you decide not to keep the back order, please contact us wheelsape contact us . We can cancel your backorder, add or remove an item or items, change the shipping method, etc. before your order is in shipping.
Due to current supply chain issues, Covid-19, increased shipping times, high demand, etc. backorder ETAs are extended. Most of our manufacturers are either not providing us backorder ETAs at all, or backorder ETAs we are provided are unreliable.
- Please understand that backorder ETAs, by definition, are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Please understand that in most cases, we will not be able to provide a backorder ETA with any degree of certainty nor will we be able to provide ETA updates regularly. In most cases, the shipments we receive will come when they come with little or no prior warning.
